"Move the Body"
One of my main sources of motivation is playing badminton evey week! More than merely exercising, I found myself enjoying the company more! I also enjoy ice-skating and roller-blading. However roller-blades were not cheap when they were first introduced. I told myself: WAIT till the price of a "good" pair of roller-blades drops below S$100 then I will get a pair and go everywhere in roller-blades! I am still waiting... My interest for tennis started from watching tennis matches. My brother and dad introduced me to watch tennis. It was fun watching and I decided to learn. Gosh, it IS difficult. After a few months, I cannot even serve properly. The racket is much heavier than a badminton racket. Tennis is a POWER game. I better focus on my weekly badminton game now. For thousands of years, Yoga has been practiced by people all over the world. I feel good after practicing Yoga. I can breathe better, sleep better, eat better and amazingly my "old" injuries have healed! I highly recommend Yoga to you. Do not worry about having "tennis elbow" or the need to get a good pair of shoes for a badminton game. All you need is yourself. Yoga is practiced with no footwear, you go barefooted. No gear needed.
